I'll check out k2, but i doubt it's the problem. Also, I used Now brand Selenium. same result even using 100 mcgs per day. It makes no difference.
Im going stupid with supplements, whereas before i just used zinc and vit d3 with fantastic results. Should I just stop everything and go back to this? This low libido thing was never an issue beforehand.
