Taking in ANY external hormones is going to interfere with the bodies own natural production.

Why the immediate drop from 100 down to 12? Why not taper down slowly if your that hell bent on lowering the dose.

A lot of vitamins and minerals are critical for proper hormone production, maybe your issue is only partially doe to iodine.
