progesterone gel for the quick fix??? boob pain drives me insane :(

so, i m on iodoral/now Lugols since iodoral is out of stock since months for about a year.

all started after 1 year of diet change.
made me Iodine deficient. tsh trippled
and obviously receptors in my boobs got
highly sensitive to estrogen, coz i started to
have pms in form of lumpy swollen breasts.
usually 1 week before my period.
at its worst (april/may 2014) its been up to
14 days.

ok, took Iodine along with all co factors and after
9 months boob pain was gone and tsh down from
3,6 to 1,9.

reduced the dosage from 50-100 mg to 12,5 mg in june.
two months later boobs were hurting a tiny bit
again, few daya before period.
last month even before my ovulation!!!
and now my last period is just over again and
they hurt again!!!! also i had another blood check
and my tsh is back high to 2,9.
my cholesterol (considering my diet) is 210.
iodine deficiency also rises cholesterol right?

i m taking 100mg Lugols again since about 3 weeks
1 week before that i took 50mg.

now i simply dont wanna trust that its fixed my
hormones again in 1 month or so and i still have an
100g unused tube of progesterone gel in my fridge.


could i use it to speed up progress? or is it
totally counterproductive????
