Re: You Criticize those who Disagree with you

How do you not get enough potassium if you eat a ton of bananas? The simple answer is she wasn't eating a ton of bananas, or else she wouldn't be low in potassium.

It's also why she was low in magnesium because she simply wasn't eating enough. B12 is probably the only nutrient a vegan would not be able to get enough of no matter how much they eat.

Her making subjective claims like she ate more on her raw diet than cooked diet is meaningless unless she knew exactly how many calories she was getting which she never says. Anyone can make a guess. We have no idea if she was under-eating on her cooked vegetarian/vegan diet.

What is clear is she simply wasn't eating enough, or else she wouldn't have been low in nutrients like potassium or magnesium. All the people doing that 811 raw vegan diet who were eating enough and posting their blood work showed they had normal levels of potassium.

I'm mean really, how can you be low in potassium if you're eating a ton of bananas?! You only need to eat 11 bananas alone to provide the RDA of potassium.

She must have been really under-eating to be low in potassium because one of the complaints of the 811 raw vegan diet is people will get too much potassium from all the bananas and other fruit recommended!
