The article said the Kenyan runner's macro ratio average was 77/10/13, or in other words, an 80-10-10 ratio.
Why do you keep assuming plant-based necessarily equals vegan? It's called plant-based, not plant-only. You seem to have some unhealthy obsession with vegans.
You saying the Kenyan's diet is actually closer to Paleo just boggles my mind! Keep dreaming!!!
