I was eating low-carb for many many years and all of a sudden started developing symptoms I thought was hypoglycemia. All the quack alternative practitioners I saw recommended I go more stricter Paleo, scaring me away from gluten grains, but all that did was make me sicker.
About 3-4 days after avoiding all animal products, all those symptoms that were ruining my life were gone.
For over a year now I eat the exact opposite, eating as much "anti-nutrient" fruit and "evil" grains as I wish, and none of my symptoms have come back.
How would you explain that other than my previous heavy-meat diet was toxic too me?
