I inquired about the extraction and the company had this to say:

"Sensoril is a water extract of the Ashwagandha herb (root and leaf) and is a full spectrum product. It is not an isolated compound(s)."

This SOUNDS like it might be like the raw powder, just more concentrated. But depending on how they extracted it, I am guessing that those compounds more readily extracted will have higher ratios in the final. Probably worth while for me to try the whole herb..

Thanks for the help, I will also research Shankapushpi.
