Hey, yes let's see if it works! I have just re-started my fast today since I broke it on Day 7. Today would have been my Day 8 but instead it's my new Day 1. It's a long story, so to speak. i was going through so much all at once and then my internet wasn't working on top of it and in the end I "took the day off." But today I am BACK ON TRACK and this time very hopeful that I'll stick it out. My goal this round is at least 14 days though I am eyeing 21... I am excited because I have decided this time around to do it the same way I did in the past in which I found success. So I know what is on my menu for the am as well as pm. And so no more experimenting around for me. I may not do a weight check-in for at least a few days, but that's another story! My hope is that this fast will bring me to my goal weight which is more or less 120-125, depending on how things look. From there of course my goal would be to MAINTAIN!
