Re: You're very welcome

I already goofed up and filed a motion of discovery instead of a discovery request. In a motion of discovery, you are required to justify every item that you are requesting. In discovery request, you simply ask for it. So I don't know what they are going to do. I am trying to decide if I should re-send it as a request and leave off the word motion, or spend the weekend justifying my requests and resend it with the word motion again. Big mess. It is very complicating trying to make sure you do everything just right. And if you don't, they consider you incompetent and believe you deserve to pay. Fortunately I called to find out the name of the police officer, and asked if I should make the motion before or after my pre-trial hearing. She said "Before! And do it as soon as possible!" I was going to wait until after the pre-trial hearing. But when she said that, I went and did it immediately.
