For the artichoke tea maybe try it and see since you have this intuition.
Sounds like you're really trying to impvove your health doing both at once. It can confuse your body. You remind me of myself wanting to get well so much that I'd try one thing after another and sometimes take too many herbs/essential oils at once. Maybe go back to the juice fast after the parasite cleanse is done. For Iodine I use herbal Iodine on occasion as I prefer my supplements to be plant-based. I bought kelp once but didn't want to take it.

For the cayenne I'd suggest only use small amounts and liquid is best imo.

The main thing is diet! That was the hardest thing for me to change until finally I had to as I found out I have extreme gluten sensitivity. Keep it up and over time I'm sure your digestion will improve.
