I haven''t heard of artichoke tea but I do believe in listening to your body.

You mention that you're cleansing. Have you tried LBB?

For constipation - homemade fruit smoothies works like magic. For me fruit is a natural cleanser. Or you could even try a glass of orange juice with frozen berries such as strawberries mixed in.

Also you may have an undiagnosed condition. One common one is celiac disease which damages the intestines.

Mainly it's a dietary issue but cleansing presents its own challenges.
