It turns out that the cleansing (Paragone) just didn't go well with the juice fast since it's important to have fiber and cleanse intestines, etc. during the Paragone cleanse... So I stopped the juice fast. I felt that I should take artichoke tea, I'm just not 100% sure why.
I also think as far as wanting to have stronger digestion, that this could have to do with a need for more Iodine in my diet. So I purchased some North Atlantic (I believe) kelp today. I also learned more about the power of CAYENNE PEPPER which can also help with these types of things... SO HOPEFULLY THE CONCERNS I HAD ABOUT WANTING A STRONGER DIGESTIVE SYSTEM ARE NOW SIMPLY A THING OF THE PAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
