Are life situations which are causing Depression also able to be helped by diet and supplements? In other words, it is my life situation that has contributed greatly to my depression, things that are completely out of my control. Is it possible to improve my Depression with diet and supplements? I seem to dwell on these awful things and it depresses me greatly and I live in fear. I hope I'm making myself clear. I don't know that diet and supplements can help things like that. Or am I wrong?
