Re: Diet for situational depression
Thank you very much Lori, (I needed those words)
I might add, it has to due with particular fatty acids in the brain being low. Krill oil is the only oil with this particular ingredient. (unlike fish oil). However using Carlsons cod liver oil (flavored works) may be a good adjunctive.
Sun light may also be helpfull. Check out Sungazing (google). I live in Seattle and have not been able to fully check it out due to cloudy weather but may have had some impact.
My situation was very devastating due to a very close relationship of 30 years and nothing (list too long) had more than a 5% impact till I hit on Krill. I would say it had aprox. 70% improvement. (very noticeable)
Thank You again, Trent
P/S A little tip: SAMe is very unstable and loses potency in heat much like acidophilus if not refrigerated.(in health stores also)Check with a good Homeopathic Dr. to find a truly potent SAMe. The good stuff is shipped from Canada on ice.
(Big seceret, reminds me of big pharma)
