I have found krill oil to work very well during the grieving process. I lost the love of my life last january. Have tried over a dozen natural aids with no results, till I used Krill oil (aprox. 6 to 8 for a week or two then reduce to maintane)Things such as SAMe, Htp5, fish oil ect had no noticable effect.
Hope this helps, Worked for me.
