Yep, I would highly recommend you do an enema. Add a tablespoon fresh lemon juice, and use the same water you make your lemonade with.

I believe you are better off to avoid extra fiber, and even the B&P. Stick to the straight MC, lemonade and LOTS of extra water! If the lemon enema doesn't do it, try a coffee retention enema. There is a forum here at curezone with all the details.

If money were not an issue, I would HIGHLY recommend a colonic! You are obviously blocked. However, I think the MC, lax tea and enema will resolve your problem, then incorporate the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) when you are clear and moving well.

This is important! Clear this up and continue your fast. Your body will thank you!
