Really need HELP.. does somebody have any advice?!?

Hi u'all!

I have a serious problem! Have almost NO BM!!!
I wrote alreay earlier today, but now it worries me even more!

I'm ending my 5 day now, and had almost NO bm.
I feel good, and do everything as it should (I think and hope at least..) but nothing happens!
I drink quit a lot, and at the last two days I drank some extra lex tea! Today I bought a stronger lex tea, and drank already 4 cups of it, and that made me have something... but not enough at all (compare to the fact that i had nothing for 4 days)!

I do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) every morning. At the first 2 days I did it wrong (a teaspoon in only one cup water) But for the last two days I drink by the 'recipe' that i found here! And again #1 is coming alot but no #2...

I did somthing for 2 days ago that was maybe stupid, I got nervous from all this situation and took about half a teaspoon flax seeds, with lots of water... could that jam me up?

About the B&P so i can't get the Bentonite here where i leave...
And also other colon cleanings.. don't have no time or money for it right now, unfortunatly...

(BTW before begining to fast I didn't have no special problems about BM, had stomach aches but not BM problems)

SO......... CAN ANYBODY HELP ME?!? PLEASE... F.
