Health leads is ok, they just use other numbers; as they count in the iodide.
A Lugols solution, just a little less Iodine per drop than a regular 5% lugol.
No big deal; two drops approx 10 mg.
My first two drops I took in water, later on I put it in tea, juice, coffee etc.
