Thanks for all the replies! I actually received my Lugol's order today and was taking the Sea Kelp until it arrived. As I've already taken the Kelp today I plan to start the Lugols tomorrow. The Lugol's is 12% (1 metric drop contains 2.2mg Iodine and 3.3mg Iodide = 5.54mg per drop) however it states that its for external use only??? I was planning on diluting it with water but now I'm weary.
