Re: Seborrheic Dermatitis - Why creams and supplements won't work and why diet is the key.

My name is Lyndsey I am 32 had I had seborrheic dermatitis when I was an infant and did not get it again until I was pregnant with my 4th child at the age of 30. You talk about following a better diet and restoring our flora and with out doing so our bodies cannot absorb all the nutrients in the foods we eat which I totally agree with. But doing so has only gotten me so far so my question is would taking a WHOLE FOOD multivitamin ( not synthetic) along with my probiotic be beneficial and you also talked about seretonin levels would it be beneficial to take a D3 suplement as well?
