I have been a SD sufferer for many years. I have also had some neurological issues. Upon noticing my brittle toe nails, I looked up a reason. Fungal and a vitamin deficiency. What vitamin. Biotin. I looked further to find that even tough it is thought that Biotin deficiency is rare, it has a link to SD. After so many years connecting the dots I was led to...Fungus, candida, neurological, SD, Ataxia and other issues. All related to Biotin. i started taking Biotin supplements and BINGO! After 3 months, avoiding dairy, sugar, limited alcohol and processed foods, I am cured.

Game over.
