Re: Seborrheic Dermatitis - Why creams and supplements won't work and why diet is the key.

A naturoplathic ploy that invokes the natural diet that God intended us to eat. It took five years for your condition to emerge yet you will only give it months for it to rectify it iself before casting it off as another cynical 'cure'. It takes time to repair, on average from the research I have done roughly 2 years. When you say you ate probiotics, were they in supplement form or were they freshly made in your own kitchen? I guarantee you if you ate home made sauerkraut for 6 months day in day out your skin would improve, yet at the same time you could put the healthiest diet in the world into your body but if you have a negative mind you will directly impede your progress. I understand how frustrating the condition is but it stems from an auto immune system, the medical world has left us with that (pretty much only that). The majority of the immune system is found in the gastro intestinal wall. Therefore one would more than likely find a correlation between the two.
