please keep us updated on how paleo diet works in the long run. i'm the exact opposite... my diet is mostly grains (oats, quinoa) and i drink almost a gallon of orange juice a day.. no kidding! i rarely get gas unless i eat lot of meat or over do the dairy (ice cream), i'm ok with with chicken and fish... or a ham and cheese sandwich, but even a 4oz steak will give me gas for the rest of the night.
i wonder what determines stuff like that.. is it gut flora?
