Re: Niacin and Chromium : Update

Glad to see someone else having issues with chromium. I'm a high cortisol, unstable / low blood Sugar person who struggles with anxiety and depression. Chromium sounds to be a good fit but makes me super tired and crazy hungry during the night and morning. I've only tried chromium piocl.. At around 500-800 mcgs a day. Switching to chromium GTF chromium with niacin at 100 mcg sa day. Anyone had these problems with chromium picolinate and not GTF chromium with niacin?
