Re: Niacin and Chromium : Update
"The real proof of "improvement" is your a1c - a test for diabetics that shows how much glucose your body absorbed during the prior three months." <-- that's the only metric you want to use to track your diabetic health? Then that is the dumbest thing I've read on curezone. And considering there are a lot of controversial forums, that's saying something.
It's almost as dumb as the medical community's "high carb diet is good for diabetics" plan of a generation ago. Best practices change and generally are shared in patient communities before doctors latch onto them with vigor, and even then they can be wrong.
There are a lot of challenges around Diabetes, and blood
Sugar management in general, including very serious challenges with cholesterol, inflammation and circulation issues. And Niacin/CP can sometimes dramatically help with those. But maybe you're right and folks should ignore trying to use their brains and experiment a little bit to see what helps them. They just resign themselves to poor health because you had no positive reaction to Niacin and CP.
Question: did you use the exact formula on the bottles every day for the test? Or did you experiment? Did you vigorously track other factors that might be in play on a daily basis, such as stress or other hormone fluctuations? If you didn't then your feedback is useful within those bounds. If you did why wouldn’t you share that instead of picking a fight by trolling?
Seriously, if you want to harm your fellow Diabetics continue trolling. If not, try to add value not bile. Or at least stay out of a potentially useful thread for others. Post again if you like, but I won’t be wasting more time with an angry troll.
