I never tried the cleanse.. I took prescription medication for parasites, so I can't speak from personal experience with cleanses... but there are people here who have done cleases and have had food results. DE too. My exerience with DE did bot help the parasite infection... infact, it made mine worse because it blocked me up. But... the benefits of DE as far as cleaning out the gut... it works well. Some people do have their parasites gone after using DE... so you won't know until you try.
People report a lot of benefits with the cleanses. It's a good way to clean out your digestive system and that's important for overall health.
As for your diet, you need some amount of Sugar to survive. You can't starve parasites. But if you want to avoid yogurt, you can take probiotics too.
Sulfur (MSM supplements) and salt will dehydrate them... i had the best luck with that and vitamin c.
My doctor told me that they love vitamin B12 and will steal it from you...
Eat what makes you feel good and what you can tolerate without getting sick.
Are you from the middle east? My gastro doctor is originally from there and he has a lot of parasite knowledge.
Tumeric powder should also help and if you like coconut, that helps too. There was a study done in india where people who ate 400grams of coconut through out the day got rid of the most parasites.
A lot of people say that garlic is another good food to eat.

The only thing I'm not sure about is your cysts. Are those from tapeworms?
