Many thanks for the additional advise and much appreciated. do you recommend taking parasite cleanse with DE? if yes what are the additional benifits that it will add my fight against the parasites? I take minumum 3 littir of water per day and some time upto 5 littre to make sure powel movement. I move powels in 24 hours, but the powel is soft. I will increase the fluids to make sure at least 3 times powel movement per day. for the yoguhrt, if its cow yoghurt, I have read that the parasite likes the yoghurt and the sweets like apple juice, so i usually take care from diets that feeds the bacteria all the time.
