Re: Question about TSH Level, hello VWT.

Not worried about MSM. I had bad reactions to several supplements earlier (not this one, rather no reaction at all)
DE, wild yam, other herbs, vit B even, caused bad / strange reactions.
Later I tried it again, now no problem with them.

4 grams is too much, the body knows and tell us with symptoms.
-first time I took potassium, I ended up on the floor for 10 minutes. Too concentrated, too eager, me. Low blood pressure, ER situation for many, but I knew about sodium and stabilized it.

1 gram MSM, with vit C and magnesium, before food; would probably be more fit dosage. Alternative is of course sulfur from other sources. Eggs, black salt (sulfurized volcano-ish salt) aspargus is good too.

About mercury; I decided a few years ago to live in peace with whatever is left in me. Somehow I came to the conclusion that if I leave it alone, it will do the same with me:)
But others probably have better knowledge about chelation issues.
