Regarding Kava Kava, it has been withdrawn from the UK market due to idiosyncratic liver reactions. This means that nobody knows why these reactions occur or can predict whom may be at risk. It was withdrawn because the reactions were so severe. Be very careful! I personally wouldn't take it..
