It is my day 2 (again) and I lost 4.5lbs but was not water for sure :) I've been doing interminent fasting for the last 4 months combined with Water Fasting and I am only 34lbs lighter. Can you carry a box with 34lbs day and night? I guess I did for a decade of gluttony as I used to be fit and even ran 2 full marathons... I guess I got addicted to food and indulged into bad food day and night for exactly 14yrs but on May 15 I saw a video on Youtube about fasting which I never though it would be something a real human being would do... so I set up my mind and BINGO! STARTED ON MAY 16, 2014 with 40 hours, then ate normal (meaning bad food and excessive food) for 2 days then I said, enough is enough! I fasted for 6 days (water only) then I learned more about fasting and here I am :) very very happy! and healing! I was dying so many times before and now I am living everyday!
