Hello Meganrose,

if you feel you need to exercise during a fast in order to lose weight, and where Shelton did agree with this: as long as the exercise programme is "tailored" to that individual, and within their capabilities, then I would strongly recommend rebounding.

This is a totally UNIQUE form of exercise, and as recommended by NASA: the American Space Agency.
