Can I substitute lemon juice for Potassium Chloride in IMAM

I'm able to get all the ingredients for IMAM except Potassium Chloride(KCL) that's suitable for human consumption. I came across a post on the IMAM thread where someone said there should be enough KCL in lemon juice. Can someone knowledgeable on this confirm?
