I need your expert opinion. Can you help?

IMO, Trappers recommendation to take a minimum of 100mg of Iodine works so well because it immediately boosts the immune system to kill the expected Die Off from Candida.

It is the die off from Candida that causes some people starting on low doses of Iodine to be soooo miserable. The low dose of Iodine is not enough to ramp up the immune system.

What do you think of this theory?
