Thanks for your information. Now that I see you active in this thread and talking about IMAM, I have a question I've been trying to guess for some time.
The salt in IMAM you say it has to be "Pickling salt". What is this exactly ? I'm not from USA so I don't know what is it. Is it just plain refined white salt ? The common table salt ? Could you please give me some brand/models of that salt so I can find a similar one over here in Europe ?
I guess Celtic Sea Salt or Himalayan Pink salt aren't Pickling/Canning salts, right ?
