Yes, I also got the pimples across my chest just under the collar bone when I suddenly jumped from 50mg iodoral to an additional 800mg SSKI. The pimples went away after a week. IMO, that is normal detox and to be expected. When we raise iodine levels, new detox comes with the increased dosage.

With iodine, we get a Double Whammy. Normal detox from the bromide, fluoride & chlorine, AND the Candida Die Off too!

For the past few years there has always been the mystery of why some people have such a TERRIBLE time taking iodine, and other don't. Even 1 drop a day was terrible. I think that mystery is now solved. Those having dreadful detox were actually suffering the Detox AND the Die-Off at the same time. This may also explain why Trappers procedure to always start with 100mg of iodine has been working so well. It expedites die-off because it QUICKLY powers up the immune system to kill fungus naturally. I don't know for certain, just thinking out loud. I think evidence supports this theory.

Anyone else have suggestions for the detox help file?
