Acne starting around age 20, won't clear

My skin was pretty normal in my teens, occasional breakouts but nothing crazy. When I hit 20 (started working in a retail store selling lotions, makeup, etc.), I started getting regular Acne and my skin began to be really dry in certain areas. I was normally more oily on my face before then.

I did a parasite cleanse plus P&B shake 2x a day for 2 weeks and saw my skin clear up after 1 week, which was great. But, after the cleanse, Acne came back so I did another one after a week break. I figured one cleanse wasn't enough to get rid of all parasites Since then, any parasite cleanse I do does not clear up my Acne anymore. I have done 4 parasite cleanses now and still suffer from acne.

It is not cystic acne, but still very noticeable and embarrassing - and my skin is NEVER 100% clear. Does anyone have any idea what could be going on? I am seeing a Naturopath, but we haven't figured it out yet. I tried going dairy free and that didn't help. Currently I am following a gluten-free diet. I eat 90% organic and use natural/organic products on my skin and hair as much as possible.

I also suspect I could have a hormone imbalance, which could be causing the acne. Or possible an allergy that I haven't figured out yet.

Thanks!
