Re: Iodine seems to be making thyroid worse.
For that Multi, the pantothenic acid (vit B5) is fairly high, higher than some multis but many of the B complex are fairly low if requirements are anything but normal. B5 is involved in adrenal function and demands can be high when the body is under any form of physical or emotional stress. I have IIPS (Leaky Gut) which is a big physical stress on my body as cortisol is needed to control the immune response.
The B vit form is also important because it's only the enzyme activated forms which are usable and any that isn't has to be converted. Conversion uses up other nutrients and B vitamins which if you supplement with large doses can imbalance things. Take a large dose in an unusable form and use up a fair bit of other B vits converting to an active form for any that is used. Much will be excreted.
I had to stop the goitre ASAP so I ordered some powered pantothenic acid and started on a fairly high dose of 2x0.5ml scoops three times a day. I now have an mg accurate scale and 0.5ml is 380mg, so I was taking over 2grams. I am now reducing that because it makes my skin and hair dry. B5 is used in high doses for
Acne and oily skin and I am quite the reverse so drying further is not wanted.
I take a few of my B vits in the enzyme activate forms, B6, B12 & Folate and I am looking at finding the others in more usable forms but ever increasing costs mean a cheaper method has to be found. I'm looking at getting larger quantities in the enzyme active type powered form and encapsulating them myself but with smaller quantities, 100-250mg for the B vits, smaller capsules than size #0 are needed for accuracy. Packing with fillers such as cellulose etc will not give accurate results if using size #0 caps and the encapsulation machines are quite expensive. Buying one is costly enough and I do need size #0 or #00 capsules but buying 2-3 I simply cannot afford it.
I would be careful using L-Glutamine because it can cause problems. I stopped using it because it started causing brain fog. It's not as beneficial as is claimed because it can be changed into other things which can be problematic.
For Aloe Vera, you will need a very high concentration than the common 1000mg MPS/Litre Aloe strength to get the best effect. There much higher concentrations available such as x28 which I want to try to try and force healing. Aloe is cold in energy and affects the Liver meridian and putting a lot of cold energy into the Liver can cause anger/irritability and potentially very severe mental states. Turmeric moves the liver energy and can cause angry outbursts and combining cold liver energy, the resulting congestion with the energy moving effect of turmeric can affect the mood/anger and very negative mental states. Start slow and increase as high as you can and use Turmeric but try and boil the turmeric and let it cool to make it more absorbable because it is poorly absorbed otherwise. Be aware of nerve rings, check for any inside the digestive zone because they do limit and tend to prevent healing. Anyone with a mood disorder rarely improves because of them. Turmeric helps push healing of the nervous system past any resistance such as nerve rings. I got such an effect from a cheap Aloe Vera juice I got from GNC many years ago. It looked highly processed, had some thickening gum and I had some doubts about the quality. However that stuff worked better than any Aloe I have tried and I have tried many. With turmeric it pushed past nerve rings and resistance in my kidney zone to improve my mood. Only 3 tblsps of it at a time but it had a very negative effect on my state of mind......Let that be a warning so that you watch what you are doing, start slow because it is easier to add it than remove it. In comparison, I have drunk pints of other Aloe at a time without any such effect, neither the negative or the positive healing. That Aloe is no longer available unfortunately.
I use Aloe Vera, alfalfa fluid extract and german chamomile essential oil dilution to reduce the nerve rings in order to remove the obstacles to healing the nervous system. I based this on Herbalife herbal Aloe drink which can work fairly well but is extremely expensive. They altered the formula many years back and it did not work as well so I am not paying such high amounts for how things are now. DIY is far cheaper.
Until you work out why your having fibroid tumours you cannot do anything to correct it. The digestive system needs to be functioning correctly with no obstacles inside the digestive system which can prevent healing. Look for black markings. If that is clear and there are no nerve rings, which would tend to affect the nerve impulses to the digestive system and could cause impactions which would affect healing, causing a stubborn treatment resistant condition until the obstacles are removed.
I would say that there could be a darker area, grey coloured, in the right uterus segment. The normal iris fibres and the colour that they show disappear in grey areas reducing the function in that area. It's a very small area so it won't be very easy to see. That area also represents the prostate in men and outside that is the penis/vagina zone and reduced iris fibres in the uterus could extend to the vagina affecting that with increased chance of infections among other things. That influences healing, immune system regulation and can be a cancer risk factor. It does reduce the metabolism in the area, low oxygenation and poor waste removal giving rise to the conditions where cancer can develop. It's beneficial not to have any such areas in the iris because of the increased risk involved. However it can be a very early warning which gives plenty of time to do something about it because it could take 20+ years before problems develop.
Such markings are extremely common in the majority of people but they develop in different areas in different people and they experience different health problems as a result. The effects on the function of the body are the same. Aloe Vera is the only thing that I know to heal this. Turmeric can help it work. I think that the adrenal hormones are important, particularly cortisol and potentiating the effect of cortisol with turmeric, vit B5 and maybe other cortisol affecting herbs might be worth trying. I will try it myself when I find some better Aloe Vera.
