That was a good article on selenium Grizz. The supplements that I might need to change Are the B vitamins. I've been taking a B complex from Thorne research lab. It doesn't have the required amount of B2 or niacin.
The vitamin D that I'm taking is A&D combo from nature's sunshine it's 10,000 IU A & 400 IU D of Fish oil.
I also think it would be good for me to try the tri-boron.
