It describes a lot of what I had going on... except for being overweight. But when I do put on weight, its always my thighs first and even 3 pounds on a 5'4 frame is enough to go up a whole pants size.
Hopefully the Iodine is enough to regulate what's off. Everything points to that. Like, I'll have one or 2 symptoms of all different things, but it all points to Iodine deficiency. Wacky hormones, asthma, always being cold etc.
And of course my horrible diet doesn't help.
