Re: who gets constant drunk feeling?
It sort of makes sense... but more so in the sense that the human body needs a balance and variety of things. Too much of anything will throw the body off. They say that you can never have too much vitamin C, but even too much of that will turn your urine acidic and cause diarreah.
The native americans weren't lazy... they put a great deal of effort into gathering and hunting for food and furs. Humans by nature arent lazy... being lazy is something thats acquired due lack of discipline or having an easy way to find food like the butcher and the baker. Humans are lazy when they allow themselves to be lazy...
There is no one set diet for every human to follow.. the hardest part of trying to cure someone with diet is not knowing what underlying problems they have. At first glace is appears to be candida,
So they fight the candida.. if they get better, great... if not, then what needs to be looked at is what is allowing the candida to over grow. Most people will say "the immune system"... but thats not always as easy to just boost it. One can try to boost it all they want, but if theres an unknown infection thats compromising the immune system, then that needs to be dealt with. Its not always something that can be cured either.
Back in the day people would take week long trips into the mountains to gather herbs for medicines that grew out of reach... young children would accompany their dads and uncles on hunting trips so their village would have meat. Or some would spend hours a day working the fields. Not every tribe ate the same foods, but they balanced what they did eat and they all survived and they all worked hard for their food.
Some people are more intelligent than others too... if someone was hungry in the dead of winter when there were no fruits or vegetables besides the small rations that were preserved... and a delicious squirrel came by, those who tried to run after it and catch it would probably starve... those who devised a plan to hunt it or trap it would be the ones eating and surviving.
But that's a different topic... Darwin and stuff.
