You have an abundance of fat in your blood stream. You need to carb it up and get rid of those overt fats. I know I have already responded to your previous comment on my post, but you need to try it.
I PROMISE it will work. The human body was not ment to eat these fats and proteins in abundance.
Here is my theory: Protein from animals were hard to come by. We had to catch and kill the animals. Animals are phucking fast! I have tried to catch a squirrel by chasing after him and of course he got away. People are lazy by nature(it's true! if you don't believe that then I am not sure what else to say) It's so much easier to pick a piece of fruit or pull a carrot or potato out of the ground. Even fats were hard to get. Nuts are in hard shells(maybe except for peanuts) they didn't have nutcrackers back when nothing was made out of metal. When our ancestors finally got a nut open I am sure they were sick and tired of trying to get the next 10 or 15 out of their shells to make a handful. Those were rare to come by. We thrive on sugars. It makes complete sense if you think about it in perspective.
Also what else do you have to lose to try it out? You clearly aren't getting any better on the diet you are on.
