Wow wow wow... 3 days on just 1200 IU of D3 and I can't feel my lungs anymore. Does it work THAT fast??? Theres no way its just coincidentally gone! Like once or twice a day (towards night time) I would still feel what I thought was mild pluersy/inflammation in certain spots. Nothing at all yesterday or today. The only mucus I've had too was after I got a shower... the steam must have loosened the leftovers up.
I'm going slooooow and adding in one new thing each week.. at this rate, I'll have nothing left to fix... except the adenomyosis... but I'm having surgery (novasure ablation) for that tomorrow because I'm kind of over having my monthly, done spawing future geniuses and this way I still get to keep all my organs. But besides that... all thats left is the leftover candida and keeping that at bay and estrogen dominance, that I had no clue existed until i read one of your links... that explains why estrogen from my last pregnancy made my gallbladder turn to stone/sludge and why i have adenomyosis now (and probably why im such a bitch too) but the Iodine should fix that before it causes anything else. OMG I'll soon be new again.
If it wasn't for your posts and info, i probably just would have continued life just dealing with this stuff as it wasn't really a big deal at the moment... but eventually would have grown into something worse... like breast/reproductive cancer. Thanks for the info!
