Phenibut and SAM-E (oder SAMe) seems to interact some kind of strange.

I take 400-600 mg auf Sam-E at the moment and today I took 500mg of Phenibut. Normaly i 500mg ar barley noticable, but today i am very dizzy and sleepy.

(I am not a native englisch speeaker, so don't be too strict with my english please)
