anyone can have a reaction to anything. i would try one at a time and only half the dose.
also tell me about your diet, lifestyle, bowel habbats etc as all play a part. you can't live and eat poorly and exspect a little pill to solve your problem, the thing you are using are supplements to a healthy diet and lifestyle not subtatute for it Tweet
