I agree. It is a long process. You just have to figure out what works for you. When I first came on here I thought oh there's no way it can take that long to kill a few worms. Holy cow I can't believe what was in my body. No wonder I was so sick! It is layer upon layer of parasitic infections that I think accumulate through our whole lives. This is why the older people treated every 6 months. I wish I would have known about his when my son was little. Now he is too old and refuses to try cleansing. My husband is the same.
