Yes, Zymex II is quite pricey. Actually it's only enzymes, but it really works.

Have You ever tried Diatomaceous Earth? It is very cheap on Ebay.

Did You ever think the feeling could be a nerve thing? Since You mentioned Your nerves are messed up.

I don't know what You have either. But I definitely had Ascaris and Tapeworm and I felt biting as well.
