Trichinella Spiralis desperately need help.

I am new to this forum, I believe I may be infested with trichinella spiralis. I feel and see my muscles moving and I can feel them move all inside of me. I have been feeling feeling movement for 3+ months. They have gotten to where they're moving in my head, making me feel like I'm on the brink of death, I woke up this morning, my legs were completely numb, this hasn't been the first time. I feel these things constantly moving around in my head, chest, spine and all over. My muscle tissue has depleted a bit. I've been to the doctor, I've have told them everything, my parents and family thinks "it's all in my head" and it's nerves and blood vessels. I've had a CT Scan showed clear (except of the neck a lot of my vertebrates we're infused), blood test for parasites (results haven't came in yet), I go Monday for an MRI. I have never felt this bad in my life. It has scared me too death. I need to know a way to destroy and rid my body of these parasites before I die. I have never felt this way in my life, I have laid in Dr's offices, hospitals. Everyone is looking over my assumption of parasites, they seem to think it's completely out of the question like parasites can't travel and be anywhere other than intestines.
