I use 50mg of Lugol's daily (internally). Two weeks ago I started to use H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) (3%) mixed with Borax and water which I put on my scalp for 15-30 minutes before I wash my hair. I do this twice a week. Shedding decreased a bit and I am almost 100% dandruff free!

From today on I will add some drops of Iodine to the mixture.
