Thanks for adding your solution ratio-I was using it straight from the bottle. Since upping my Lugols to 75mg, I've noticed my hair is falling out less, which is one of the only positive ways I know it's working (the rest being detox). I think I will try your 5-6 drops per ounce once I start experiencing fewer detox symptoms.
