well im not sure if that regular vinegar will do anything for enzymes... some vinegars are distilled from coal tar and arent going to have any enzymes.
anything acidic and alive should do well.. citrus fruit juices.. and I mean juice from a cut up piece of raw fruit not a carton of OJ.. the acid in your stomach should help you absorb nutrition better.
put some juice in some water and drink it with your meal.
